Registration Period:

Open: 10:00 am, Feb. 22, 2024
Close: 10:00 pm, Feb. 25, 2024

Club registration will be first come, first serve. Registration will be closed once the club fills up to the maximum class size.  Confirmation emails will be sent no later than February 29. Due to the limited number of spaces available, you will only be allowed to sign your child up for ONE after-school club.  If you sign up for more than one, your child will be removed from one of the clubs.  The clubs are organized by grade level so you will only receive the options open to your child’s grade level group. The clubs will have once-a-week sessions until the end of the semester. Kindly note that students will not be allowed to transfer from one club to another.

If the desired club is full, kindly try signing up for your second option. If that club is also full, you can select the option to add your child to the waitlist by joining the ‘Waiting List’. If a spot opens up, we will add students from the waitlist in the order they registered.

Vendor Clubs

This year some of our clubs are offered by outside certified vendors. Should you choose to sign up with one of these clubs, kindly note that these clubs are not free and you will need to pay the vendor directly. No funds should be paid to the school.

Snacks

Children may bring an extra snack from home to eat at 15:20 before the club begins.

Absences

If your child will be absent from the club for any reason, you need to email your HR teacher AND the club teacher to ensure they are aware of the absence.

After-School Behavior Expectations

Students must abide by school rules and regulations. Students must follow the instructions of teachers and coaches. In case of violations of discipline, the teacher or coach will issue a warning to the student and make a record. Students who have three warnings on record will be disqualified from the club.

Dismissal

Children must be picked up by an adult or guardian by 16:15. We will dismiss G1-G5 students from the Middle High School front gate.
Kindergarten K2 will dismiss after Chinese Track from the Elementary School gate at 16:30.

There are no buses available for dismissal at this time. If your child is typically a bus student, you will need to make other arrangements for an adult to pick up your child.

Grade 4 and 5 students will have the option to walk home independently if you give permission. Please be punctual when picking up your child. If the child is picked up late two times, they will not be allowed to continue in the club. We look forward to a wonderful semester together!
