Persons of Character
A person of character displays attributes such as honesty, integrity, responsibility, respect, and kindness. We develop and reinforce these traits so that by the time our students graduate, they demonstrate these characteristics.
SMIC-I fosters a student-centered learning environment that engages and empowers students to be independent, lifelong learners by providing them an array of opportunities to pursue their academic and personal interests.
Students are provided with a holistic approach to their health and wellbeing through athletics, physical health, and life skills programs. Mental health, nutrition, functional fitness, and healthy relationships are a major focus throughout the school; enabling students to develop skills and techniques to be active for life.
